Conclusion

I respectfully request that the Honourable Court admit my application for leave to appeal and grant me an oral hearing. The grounds for my appeal are that the lower court erred in its application of the law and that I have a substantial case for relief. I would be grateful for the Court’s indulgence in this matter.
