-ETboxUSB is an application for data acquisition in non-destructive testing techniques (NDT) using eddy currents (ET).
-The application has 2 working modes: Simulation and Real.
-In Simulation mode, Recorded data from a calibration pattern are presented. You can stop and start the acquisition and change some parameters such as offset, gain and phase of the signal.
-In Real mode, when an ETboxUSB equipment for data acquisition is connected to the mobile, data of eddy currents are acquired and presented in real time.
-These data reflect the signal collected by the sensor connected to the equipment and you can detect defects in metallic materials such as aluminum, copper, steel, etc.
-You can also change all kinds of parameters such as frequency, amplitude, gain and even add and program filters.
-The aim of the application is to help understand the effect of eddy currents in materials and their use for defect detection by non-destructive testing methods.
-The application and the data acquisition equipment to which it is connected is designed for informational purposes and not for inspection work.
