In this project, we designed and fabricated a life-size dragon robot that can be controlled wirelessly using a mobile app. The dragon is made of aluminum and plastic parts that are all connected using screws and bolts. The robot has a total of 18 joints that allow it to move its head, neck, wings, body, and legs. It is powered by four motors that are controlled by the mobile app. We also developed a custom-made mobile app that allows users to control the dragon’s movement, as well as its eyes, mouth, and wings. The dragon is equipped with a pair of RGB LED strips that allow it to change colors. We also built a custom-made stand for the dragon that allows it to be displayed in a standing position.
