I started playing darts in college as a way to pass the time and meet people. I was horrible at first, but I loved the challenge of trying to improve. I’m new to the dart game, so I’m starting this journal to track my progress and keep track of what works for me.
My first goal is to be able to consistently hit the bullseye. I’ll start by practicing at home, using a paper target. I’ll keep track of how many throws it takes me to hit the bullseye, and then try to beat that number the next time I practice.
I’ll also start paying attention to my throwing technique. I’ll try to keep my arm and hand steady, and release the dart at the same time.
I’m also going to start practicing with other people. I’ll go to a local bar or club that hosts dart tournaments and try to get some practice in. I’ll keep track of my progress in this journal, and see if I can improve my ranking over time.
